Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email address, mobile number, and password when you register as a student or institute admin.
- Institute Information: Institute name, logo, and contact details provided during institute registration.
- Usage Data: Exam responses, scores, and performance data generated through platform usage.
- Payment Information: Payment screenshots and UTR IDs submitted for subscription verification. We do not store credit card or bank account details.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the MCQz platform
- To manage your account and institute dashboard
- To process subscription payments and verify transactions
- To generate exam results and performance analytics
- To communicate service updates and support
Data Isolation
MCQz is a multi-tenant platform. Each institute's data (students, courses, exams, results) is logically isolated. Institute admins can only access data belonging to their own institute. Students can only access exams and courses assigned to their enrolled institute.
Data Storage
All data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Payment screenshots are stored in secure cloud storage and deleted after verification is complete.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of MCQz and its users.
