Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MCQz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
Description of Service
MCQz is a cloud-based examination management platform that allows educational institutes to create, manage, and deliver MCQ-based assessments to their students. The service includes institute administration tools, student dashboards, exam delivery, and performance tracking.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
- Institute admins are responsible for managing their institute's data and student access.
Subscriptions & Payments
- Institute access requires an active subscription plan.
- Subscription payments are processed through manual bank transfer with screenshot verification.
- Subscriptions are activated upon payment verification by the MCQz team.
- Plan limits (students, courses, exams, questions) are enforced based on the selected plan.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other institutes' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission
Content Ownership
Institutes retain ownership of all content they create on MCQz (questions, exams, courses). MCQz does not claim ownership of user-generated content. However, by using the platform, you grant MCQz a license to host and serve your content as part of the service.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. MCQz may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
Termination
MCQz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, access to the platform and associated data may be revoked.
Limitation of Liability
MCQz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
