Subscription Payments
MCQz subscriptions are paid upfront for the selected billing period (monthly or yearly). Payments are made via bank transfer and verified manually by the MCQz team. Your subscription becomes active once payment verification is complete.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
Duplicate Payment
If you accidentally made a duplicate payment, we will refund the extra amount in full.
Service Not Activated
If your subscription was not activated within 48 hours of payment verification, you may request a full refund.
Within 7 Days
If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of subscription activation. A pro-rated refund may be issued based on usage.
Non-Refundable Cases
Requests made after 7 days of subscription activation
Accounts terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
Partial usage of the subscription period without a valid complaint
Downgrade requests mid-billing cycle (the current plan continues until expiry)

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method (bank account used for the transfer).
Plan Changes
Upgrades
Effective immediately with a pro-rated charge for the remaining billing period.
Downgrades
Take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades.
